It gives me great pleasure to invite you all to have an initial peek into the activities of Vijaya College, Jayanagar.
The College has recorded three decades of constant development. Mapping the course of this journey, the college has accomplished much, making it one of the most recognized and sought after colleges in South Bangalore. The college has remained steadfast with its motto “Excellence in Education”

Vijaya College, Jayanagar has dedicated, innovative and caring Staff-members. The Staff-members follow updated best practices in teaching and thereby address the future needs of our students The college believes in offering holistic education. This is achieved through various forums that have been instituted to conduct activities in various fields.

• Scientia – Science and Humanities Forum
• SWAN – Society for Wildlife Awareness and Nature

Our Students have the Sports forum which has produced many athletes and sportspersons who have participated in International and National level events.

The NCC and NSS Wings are functional and have been adjudged as the best teams at the state level and university level events. Our Cadets of NCC and Volunteers of NSS have taken part in various inter-collegiate, University and State level competitions and have brought accolades to the institution.

On looking back and evaluating the progress of our institution, the main factor that stands out behind the successful completion of 3 decades was the power of our unified vision which propelled each and every member of our college to work hard and whole heartedly.
