Admission - Procedure
Application forms will be issued in the college office on the day of the announcement of the II PUC results.
- Completed application forms should be submitted in the office on or before the notified date.
- Merit list will be displayed on the college notice board.
- SSLC/X marks card – original.
- II PUC/ XII marks card – original.
- Recent passport and stamp size photographs.
- Documentary proof of caste/reservation/income certificate.
Selection of candidates is based on merit in the qualifying examination. Special consideration is given to candidates with outstanding achievement in Sports, NCC, NSS and Cultural activities.

Vijaya College, Jayanagar, erstwhile BHS First Grade College took its genesis in July 1989 under the BHS Managing Committee's(now BHS Higher Education Society) holistic awning. What ideated in 1988 germinated and took form in 1989 as BHS First Grade College.
